<p>Belgrade is a capital city of Serbia, it has close to 1,6 million inhabitants. It is a speed developing city, quickly catching up with the modern development and overall integration in the world touristic maps. Every year more and more mainly young people are rushing to witness this piece of art when it comes to entertainment, night life and great hospitality. Belgrade is also a Serbian centre of culture, economy and education. Rivers Sava and Danube float throught the city, Danube floats in the lenght of 60 kilometers throught Belgrade and there are 16 river islands in that area, and the best known of them are Ada Ciganlija, Veliko ratno ostrvo and Gročanska ada.</p>
<h4>Location</h4>

<h4>Airports</h4>
<p>Belgrade „Nikola Tesla“ Airport is 30 Km away from the city centre. It can be reached by taxi or bus.</p>
<h4>Traffic</h4>
<p>Traffic is very intense in this rushing city, and it is advisable to use some of the alternative means of transportation like, bus, taxi or tram.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Serbia is located in Southeastern Europe, with its 88,300 square kilometers it consists from two part so to say: Serbia and province Vojvodina. Serbia has close to 8 million inhabtants, and the capital city of Serbia is Belgrade. The main religion in Serbia is Christian Ortodox but other religions are presented in Serbia as well. Montenegro and Kosovo were parts of Serbia in the past but Montenegro voted for its independence on May 21st 2006 and was declared an independent state on June 3rd 2006. Kosovo did it few years after, Serbia declared its independence on June 5th 2006 becoming an independent state, under its own name, for the first time since 1918. Serbia is fastly catching up with modern integration and is about to enter European union any time soon.</p>
<p>Serbia is becoming very interesting to foreign investors since it has very open minded policy to foreign investements and many transnational coorporation are interested in coming and opening sites throughout the country.</p>

<p>Serbian is mostly spoken but English is also commonly used.</p>

<h4>Drivers licence and drivers age</h4>
<p>Driver must be at least 19 years of age and have 1 year of driving experience in order to hire a car in Serbia.</p>
<h4>Travel tips</h4>
<p>1.	Most banks and post offices are open from 08.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. on weekdays and from 08.00 a.m. to  03.00 p.m. on Saturdays. On Sundays there is usually a designated bank or post office that maintains needed services.<br />
2.	Major credit card are accepted in most of the local stores.<br />
3.	Important phone numbers: Police (92), Fire service (93), Medical emergency (94), Road help (987)<br />
4.	Be prepared for the crazy nights in Belgrade that is famous for late night partying, take a time to sleep night before.</p>
<h4>Drivers lane</h4>
<p>In Serbia cars are driven on the right side as in most of the European countries.</p>
<h4>Traffic</h4>
<p>Serbia is well inter-connected with motor roads, from Zagreb to Belgrade runs a modern highway which will take you there in les than 5 hours. Speed limits are 120kph on motorways and 60 on other roads. Seat belts must be fasten at all times. The minimum driving age is 18.</p>
